SERVICES
Kom Studios offers a variety of services to enhance its customers' visual communication and bring your project ideas to life, from 2D and 3D animation or hybrid 2D/3D production, to motion design, video creation and editing, and 2D illustration.
2D animations
2D animation is an animation technique in which two-dimensional images (drawings, illustrations or graphics) are set in motion to tell a story or illustrate a concept. It's based on the principle of creating the illusion of movement by displaying a sequence of slightly different images one after the other at rapid speed (usually 24 frames per second).
2D animation is widely used in cinema, animated series, video games, advertising and even education. It remains popular despite the rise of 3D, thanks to its unique artistic style and relative ease of production.
3D animations
3D animation is a technique that uses software to create three-dimensional moving images. Unlike 2D animation, which is based on flat drawings, 3D animation uses digital models with depth, height and width, giving them a more realistic appearance.
MOtion DESIGN
Motion design is a discipline that combines graphics and animation to create animated visuals. It's the art of bringing graphic elements (such as logos, typography, illustrations, geometric shapes, etc.) to life by animating them. Motion design is often used in advertising videos, film credits, explainer videos, interactive interfaces, social networks and much more.
Unlike traditional animation, which can tell stories through characters and backgrounds, motion design focuses primarily on setting graphics in motion to convey a message or idea in a dynamic and aesthetic way. It can include elements such as visual effects, transitions, text animations and multimedia compositions.
In short, it's a way of making information visually more attractive and engaging, while making it easier to understand through animation.
